Terms and conditions: 


Humanity FC is a charitable initiative set up by ico Design.


All profits from this raffle will be donated directly to the official charity partner, Equidem (registered charity no 1199107). 


Participation in the raffle costs £10 per ticket. You can buy as many tickets as you like. 


All tickets must be paid for before being included in the raffle draw.


The prize is a handmade, screen-printed art piece which resembles a football. It is not a functioning football. 


The digital mock up is representative of how the final ball will look and not the final ball itself. This may be subject to change.  


Payment for participation in any of the raffles can only be made by credit or debit card. 


Your raffle tickets will be entered into the draw as soon as the whole payment is received.


ico Design accepts no responsibility if the chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.

Closing dates for the receipt of raffle tickets and raffle ticket payment is set out on the individual raffle page. Tickets received after the closing date may not be entered in the draw but the payment will be treated as a donation unless expressly stated otherwise by the sender.


The raffle draw will take place on the dates set out on the raffle page.

 

The prizes are non transferable and no alternatives will be provided.

 

The result of the raffle draw is final.

 

The winner will be notified via email and have 7 days to claim the prize. If those 7 days expire then the raffle will be redrawn. 


The prize will be posted to the winner within 30 days of the draw. 


The winner will appear on the Humanity FC website at www.humanityfc.com from one week after the draw.


Due to the type of raffle and under the provisions of the Gambling Act 2005, donations are not alowed to exceed £20,000. If and when this amount is achieved ico reserves the right to pause all donations.
